Where we deliver JL Deals ships clothing orders to addresses in all 50 US states, as well as PO boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses via USPS. We don’t ship outside the United States at this time.

When your order leaves Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday begin processing the next business day. During big sale periods, processing can take a little longer, and we’ll note that on the site when it happens.

How long delivery takes Once shipped, most packages arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Alaska, Hawaii, PO boxes, and military addresses can take longer. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees.

Carriers and cost We ship with USPS, UPS, or another tracked carrier, depending on your address and package size. The exact shipping charge for your order appears at checkout before you pay.

Tracking When your order ships, we email a tracking number. If it doesn’t arrive within one business day of the dispatch email, check your spam folder and then contact us.

Getting the address right Please double-check your shipping address before you pay. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible; we can correct it any time before the package is handed to the carrier. Once it’s in transit, we can’t redirect it, and packages returned to us because of an incorrect address will be reshipped at your cost.

Tracking says delivered, but nothing arrived? Check with neighbors and around your property, and wait one more day, since carriers sometimes scan early. If it still hasn’t turned up, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan and we’ll open a claim with the carrier and work with you on a replacement or refund.

Damaged in transit If your package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send us a photo within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right as described in our Refund & Returns Policy.
