Using the site or placing an order means you accept them along with our Privacy, Refund & Returns, Shipping, and Cookie policies. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.
Who can buy You must be 18 or older, or have the permission and supervision of a parent or guardian, and you must provide accurate contact and payment details.
Sizing, color, and fit We publish a size chart and fabric details for every garment. Measurements are taken by hand and may vary slightly from piece to piece. Colors can look different from screen to screen, and fit is personal, which is exactly why we offer returns under our Refund & Returns Policy.
Prices and errors All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are calculated at checkout. We check our listings carefully, but if a price, description, or image turns out to be wrong, we may cancel orders for that item. If you’ve already paid, you’ll receive a full refund to your original payment method.
How an order becomes final Your confirmation email means we’ve received your order, not that it has been accepted. We may decline or limit any order, for example if stock runs out, the payment is flagged as suspicious, or quantities suggest resale. The sale is final once we hand your package to the carrier.
Payment We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You confirm that you’re authorized to use the method you choose, and you agree to pay the total displayed, including tax and shipping.
Your use of the site Please don’t use the site for anything unlawful, try to access accounts or systems that aren’t yours, scrape content in bulk, or place orders with false information.
Our content Product photos, descriptions, the JL Deals name and logo, and the site design belong to JL Deals or are used with permission. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy our content for commercial use without written consent.
Limits on our responsibility Beyond the promises in our Refund & Returns and Shipping policies, products and the site are provided as described, without additional warranties, to the extent the law allows. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the item involved. Nothing here limits rights you have under California or federal consumer protection law.
Governing law and disputes California law governs these terms and any purchase made through jldeals.shop. If a dispute can’t be settled by contacting us first, it will be heard in the state or federal courts serving Stanislaus County, California.
Changes We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
